[ Good Charlotte ]

Okay for the past week or so, I have been...different. I've been doing things different, I've been doing different things, I've completely changed. Well, sorta. You see, ever since last Friday night, I've been listening to Good Charlotte's CD The Young and The Hopeless - kicks ass! check it out - non-stop. I've been listening to it during my free time, during lunch, between classes, IN classes, I wake up to it in the morning, and I fall asleep to it at night. I'm not being obsessive, I don't really know what it is. I guess it kind of centers me. Like nothing else does. Whenever I listen to it, I get caught up in the music and in the words and nothing else matters. My problems are out the window and they can't come back until I let them. It's a really great feeling.

And even more than that, something's changed about me, or is changing. Today I had my Decisions for Living class 4th hour, that I can't drop because there's nothing else, and we had a speaker. Second day of the new quarter, and we had a speaker. Well, this lady, her name was Tamara Nerdy and she was SO COOL!! I mean, she was really animated, and didn't care if we thought she was stupid, or any of that. And she was talking about the stupidest topic in the world - goals - and she made it seem like the coolest thing. Maybe it was just her attitude or something, but I was in a relatively good mood the rest of the day. Well, I'm sick now, but that doesn't count.

Plus, I'm going to do something I haven't even considered doing, ever. I'm gonna cut my hair REALLY short and streak it permenantely. I'm gonna like it, but the down side'll be, everyone at school won't leave me alone about it. No one will be able to shut up and they won't stop asking me questions or touching my hair. It'll be worse than when I straightened it for a few days. Not cool.

Okay, I'm gonna go now. My mother's bein' a total bitch right now and is kicking me off. Basically my point is that I'm really starting to figure out who I want to be and what I want to do in this lifetime. And it's a lot different from what you'd expect.

[GOSH, I've been getting sick a lot lately!]

I NEVER get sick, yet I've been so about four time this year! ACK! I had to go home from school early today. Which means: no going to Scott's (back on...><;;) b-day party. NOT FAIR!!!!!!!!!! I'm gonna walk over there tomorrow and give him his gift. Whether my par's want me to or not! I feel SOOO much better now, too. (I just had to throw up. I think I got food poisoning.)

Anyway, Emily borrowed me Fushigi Yuugi manga 1-7! YAY! And 8 comes out next Friday (my fave volume!), so I'm gonna get it! *hugs* Anyway, I'm in a pretty good mood, as you can tell. ^^ Me little brother, Taylor, has a friend, Andy, over. The kid is SMART! He just talks so nicely and he's got this air of smart about him. AND HE'S NINE! I just love meeting smart people. He reads as much as I did when I was his age! (you could never find me w/o a book, happy to say)

We (the confimation class) has to do the church service on Sunday. Not cool. But this is a three-day weekend (four-day for me), so that makes up for it! It's the end of third quarter, so we have Monday off! Anyway, the service is on Symbolism. The twelve of us (excluding Molly and Kelly, who're the main characters in the sermon/skit) have to think up a symbol and describe how it goes w/ God and such. Mine is the knotted rope. And untied rope isn't very strong, and can be snapped. But you can't snap a knot, and a knot has three parts: the part, the loop, and the pull. God parts the way for us, Jesus loops us in, and the Holy Spirit pulls us to God. Like it? I might rearrange the order still, but that's okay.

*sigh* I was shocked this after noon. I called Scott to tell him that I couldn't be at his party, and he was SAD! *gasp* Then he said "so THAT'S why you weren't at school!" I wasn't even expecting him to NOTICE! I felt really loved. (Even though he's a dumbcrap that irritates me most of the time, he can be sweet.) Then I told him he could just stop by for his gift, or I could bring it to him tomorrow, he said that was fine, and then he had to go. Set-up and all. *sigh* I'm wondering if they'll stop by. (I mean, the guy lives a block away.) I hope so. I'm SOOOOO bored. *coughcough* Anyway, I think I'll go read more FY. I just read the first three volumes. Four to go! ^^ I'll work on my fanfics, too, before an angry mob starts coming after me w/ pitchforks! ><;;

Quote of the Day: (no, I didn't steal this from your email, K-g, I am taking it directly out of my book, since it's friggin hilarious!) "You do realize we should all be put in a nice, cozy room somewhere with muscular people to keep us from harming ouselves?" Nealan of Queenscove, Protector of the Small: Lady Knight by Tamora Pierce. Heehee...I finished all the Tortall books currently out! Yahoo! Now...I dunno what now. I think I'll go back to reading Robinson Crusoe. *shrugs* It's sposed to be good, after all!

[ *hides* ]

okay okay CHILL!!! i know i haven't updated in over a week, I KNOW!!! i've been busy! but i have good news! i don't have to go to the yarou's house any more!! well, it's not official, but i wrote him a note and gave it to him when he came on friday. first he didn't take the note, then he said he wanted it for 'evidence.' so now, unofficially, i don't have to go out there anymore. YES!!!

well, yesterday and saturday i watched two of the funniest movies of all time. All I Wanna Do, the BEST comedy movie in the history of mankind, and Evolution, the second best. All I Wanna Do is about this group of five girls who attend a girl's prep school on the east coast. and they are all part of this group called the DAR - Daughters of the American Ravioli, and pledge to help each other achieve their ambitions, no matter how big or small. well, turns out their school is going to join with another school, a boy's school. well the DAR doesn't like that, so they hatch an ingenious scheme to make the boys look so bad the merge will be canceled. well, they have some great ideas, but it doesn't work. so they lock themselves in their dorm until the merger is canceled. it's more hilarious then it sounds, trust me, because the girl's are all wound so tight with sexual tension, that some wind up falling for the guys they pledged to make look like sex fiends and drunks. you HAVE to see this movie if you can. plus there's a really hot guy who's a townie and professes his love to one of the school girls and wins her heart by arriving at her window in the bucket of one of those things people use to reach phone line wires. plus he and his townie gang help the DAR to screw over the merger with the boys. unintentionally, of course. they beat up the REAL pervs, stand in in the choir concert, even dress up in the guy's uniforms and steal their dates back. it's GREAT!!!

next movie, Evolution. basically comet from outer space comes crashing down to earth carrying alien life forms. the scientists and local dumbass who find it get gypped when the army takes over. well the things are evoling fast and in two months, the whole US human pop will be extinct. so the two scientists, local dumbass and one lady who is an extreme clutz and has quit the gov't, try to take back their planet...with Head and Shoulders. don't ask, just go watch the movie. i guarantee laughs.

so you can see my weekend was rather good. no sisters, two videos, one movie - Shanghai Knights - and hey, i even got the tiniest shade of a tan in. it's all good.

later days,
katy-g punkrgrrl out

[merp?]

Okay...no, I haven't died. I promise! I've just been...preoccupied. (Reading deathly depressing fanfiction, Tamora Pierce books, etc.) He-heh...><;; Anyway...o.O;; Absolutely nothing interesting is happening. Umm...tomorrow is Sylvie-chan's b-day, Friday is Scott-kun's b-day...I got a new book...umm...I've...nope. Absolutely nothing.

Oh, well, I'll bore you w/ "nothing". We went up to Minneapolis today (it's right next to St. Paul, the capital...they're our "Twin Cities") and went to Good Will (yuck...second-hand places just...creep me out. dunno why), Minneapolis Institute of the Arts (which I've been to so many times I could give tours, but it's fun every time), Barnes and Noble (where I got the last Tortall book out thus far: Lady Knight), and Sam's Club.

Umm...oh yeah! I let my hair dry down! *everyone falls over* What?!? This is a big thing! You see, I have naturally curly hair and if I let it dry on its own...well I have an afro, to be completely frank. Not cool. Well, I used this...stuff (dunno WHAT it was...mum bought it) on it to help it dry nice, and just prayed. Well...it looks...moderately good! You know how in those movies w/ the damsel in distress and knights and all that good stuff how the girl's hair is always long and wavy (or just thing back to Lord of the Rings, see if i care)? Well, mine looks (roughly, since it's only about five inches below my shoulders in length) like that. Weird.

Okay...since I just wrote more about my HAIR than about my day, I'm just gonna...keel over and die now. Ugh...

~Ann

Quote of the Day: "I'll take the rod outta my ass when you take your head outta yours." heehee. not telling who i said that to. nope...okay, you pulled it out of me...my sister got that little cutie. heehee. oh, and sorry bout the hair...just had to rant on it.

[Wtf...I'm Happy!]

Today was alltogether, REALLY GOOD. It's the middle of March, and It's almost SEVENTY~! *does a dance* (note: In MN, we dun get this very often) Oh gosh, it's just gonna be GREAT!

But...on to the details! Okay, I walk home from school everyday, we already know this, I walk with my friends, also, known topic. And, I'm sure you guys have read me comlaining about them again and again and again. Well...there's nothing to complain about today! *pumps fist in the air* I walked with the whole motley crew today (scott, matt, david, amber, self). At this Catholic Church by the school, there's this HUGE snow hill...the guys were trying to show off by doing flips and landing upside down and getting stuck on it. It was HILARIOUS. Then David pissed off Amber and me'n'her left...the guys caught up w/ us and we walked as a group again. Matt and Amber parted us where we usually part, and me, Scott, and David went our way. Well, me'n'david kinda ditched everybody right before we parted, and we were singing "Come and Go With Me". (You know the christian song? "Come, and go with me, to my father's house, come and go with me TO-MY-FATHER'S-HOUSE...it's a big big house, with lots and lots of rooms", etc) Well, Scott was being mock-whiney and yelling for us to hold up...we didn't and he finally caught up with us. Then Scott showed me his two new Gundam Sketches (they ruled!) and his cute mushy WAFF sketch. (He draws WAY too well...when he's done w/ a couple of the sketches, I'm puttin' 'em up...on my personal page...w/ credit to him...'cuz they're just too good! *eyes go starry*) Well, I talked him into doing the chara sketches for me'n'k-g's new book for us! (I have to pay him, but that's only fair. I could talk him into doing it for free, that'd be easy, but I'd feel bad.) And...it was just like old times!

It's really weird...at the end of fall, our groups always kinda...splits...and certain ones of us just clump, without the others...then when spring comes, we all get back together, and we get closer! Ever seen Milo and Otis? Well, it's a lot like that. When Milo and Otis and their families meet up after the Winter to go back to the farm...Just makes me feel happy.

Also...I've got the money for Yami no Matsuei Volume 2, MARS Book 9, and K-g is stayin' at mum's for the weekend! YES! We can work on our Bios for the book! (NOT MORE BIOS! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! *laughs* j/k) And we'll have to do PERFECT descriptions...and I'd have to make up a nice little sheet thingy for Scott...like on policies. 'Cuz I'm a friggin perfectionist when it comes to artwork...(writing? no. school? no. LIFE?!? no. but art? HELL YEAH! *sigh*) He'd have to do the rough sketches in pencil, show them to me, get the colors he was gonna use okayed by me (and Katy, for her characters), then for the group pictures, he'd have to get their heights and attitudes towards each other right. Yes, I'm a perfectionist...and Scott has too much free time. (He bakes cookies for cripes sake. And he claims to be male. Well, I assume he is, 'cuz Chelsea's still with him...and she'd know. ><;;)

Okay...before this entry gets LONGER...oh wait, every word makes it longer, don't they? Hmm...well, I suppose that I'll be rather busy this weekend! What w/ stuff and all...oh, and sorry for not updating! Y'all love me anyway, right?

~Ann

[ umm...at Ann's ]

hey guys, katy-g here comin' to you partially live from Ann's house. I've been abducted! help me!! j/k, we always say she abducts me, but in actuality, it's an escape from the hell hole that happens to house me family at the present time. coming here is always fun and...quite interesting. Always. and yes Ann, that is a compliment.

but seriously, my life right now sucks beyond imaginable belief. my mom and I are going to be meeting with this Court Services lady to try to legally get me out of going to the yarou's house anymore. but that's just the easy way of doing it. recently i've decided to just refuse to go anywhere with him. Period. it's that simple really. He can't try to physically take me anywhere without me fighting back. And he'd have to knock me out to get me anywhere, and he knows that. So, hopefully he won't try anything. I'm kinda worried about my sisters, but I think they'll be okay. I hope so anyway.

right now I'm gonna either get off and let Ann at her computer or I'm going to surf a little. Her favorite conversationalist, Damion just logged on so if he IM's, i get booted.

[Oi...]

I am soooo hyper...this is not natural! *pulls out hair* And I know I haven't updated in a while! Gomen! I've just been...anti-typing. (And I have NO idea WHY! *glares at her twenty-seven paged, 60Ked Biographies.) *sigh* Anyway, I'm still alive, fyi. And we're having GOOD WEATHER! (But it's snowing right now again...*sigh* How sad.) Oh well, I'm reprinting AL Chapter Thirteen since Angie decided to fold it in half so my sister wouldn't read it. (She passed it through Megs b/c they're in the same grade at the same school...and I'm in high school.) But, hey! At least I got it done! (Yeah, like two months ago. Fourteen is way overdue. I should work on that this weekend...hmm...)

*sigh* I wanted K-g to come w/ when I went to see the Cowboy Bebop Movie...but mum said "not two weekends in a row". Which is understandable. Since I AM dragging her to an anime movie. Yeah, I got her reply email and she was like: "I finally get a nice long email from you and YOU WANT ME TO GO TO AN ANIME MOVIE!" And I could SOOO tell she was laughing her ass off! It was friggin hilarious.

Aww...crap...we're outta black ink. ><;; Now I gotta print AL off...someplace else. o.O;; No...now it's printing fine again...certain places are fine...others are psychotically blurry. How...bizarre. *shrugs* Anyway...umm...nothing important is happening. I get to get YnM Vol. 2 this weekend and the money for it tonight! *does the funky chicken dance* Anyway...I'm gonna go finish this update or I ain't gonna have time. It's before school. Heehee.

[ I hate him (AND Ann needs a serious life) ]

okay people, my dad sucks. I was supposed to go out to his house this weekend but I didn't want to, so when he came to my mom's house I went out and told him that I didn't want to go. he ordered me around a bit and when I didn't listen, he grabbed me and tried to throw me in the truck. I screamed and me mom came out and yelled at him to leave after he finally let me go. he yelled at her that she was turning us against him and said we should expect a visit, apparently from the police. well, that was friday afternoon, it's now sunday afternoon and we've had no visits from the police. he called last night and gave me a ton of bullshit about how he loved me and missed me. i don't believe him, and i acted accordingly. but i still have to go up to his place on Tuesday. which sucks.
well yesterday Ann sent me her 57k email that held some stuff for her web site. she wanted me to do the HTML for it, and I'd told her I would. so that's what I spent an hour and a half doing today. my wrist kinda hurts, but it's all good. and I updated a chapter on my story last night, so, again, it's all good. but in about an hour, I have to go to this stupid spaghetti supper for my little sister's school. we're gonna be there all night. which sucks. so, yeah, basically I've had the ying and the yang this weekend. went to a movie after being half-traumatized, got to sleep in yesterday but had to talk to the yarou. and today I had to take out my straight hair and wake up early to go to church, but i'm talkin' to Ann and I finished HTML'ing for her. so I'm okay.

later guys,
