[Once again... a long time in between... (Ann)]
Hey! I'm back! Sorry... I've just been really busy. Me and a friend are trying to start an anime club at our high school... we think it'll be fun! (As there are actually about a dozen anime lovers there! Maybe more...)
Well, I had a great weekend! Instead of just Blockbuster, Hollywood video also has a ton of anime stuff! Including all of Fushigi Yugi! Something I've always wanted to see! (I've read the manga, just never seen the show...) We rented the first 13 episodes... Yes... a mix of Obsessive-Compulsive and Fushigi Yugi complex. (My two favorite new phrases! O-C and complex!) We also rented X/1999. OK, the person who recommended it to me said NOTHING about it being the most morbid thing I'd ever see in my LIFE! It was good (no, awesome), I'll give it that, but gross! Me'n'Dani about spazzed when we saw the two Dragons in the Fushigi Yugi opening theme (watch X and understand). She's suddenly like: "You didn't put it back in, did you?!?" I never want to see a glowing green or red dragon ever again... we fast-forward through the theme. Sure, call us wusses. We dun care! X was good... just gross. I mean, the ending was good, but horrible! Sorry, I'm just used to happy endings... that was a... good change... but, still! It was kinda creepy! Jeepers! (Yeah... nostalgia alert.) Now, I gtg get ready for dance... Laterz...
Oh, for those who wanted to know: yesterday and today sucked. I'm trying to get my mind to focus on things from last weekend. Yeah... pathetic.

[Sorry I haven't Made An Entry In So Long... (Ann)]
Oi... I've been *really* busy lately! My gosh! On Monday I had dance, YoungLife, and had to type the rough draft of my Romeo and Juliet vs. West Side Story paper... eww... Then, Tuesday, I had dance (I love it, so I'm in both the regular class and the pre-pointe class... I am proud to say: I've got my toe-shoes!), then had to revise my paper, then Wednesday I go to my g-ma's house, then have confirmation, and I had to revise my paper ANOTHER TIME. Then, yesterday was a short day, so I got home at ten after twelve, and Dani came with. She's spending the extended weekend at my mom's house with me! A weekend with another anime fan, yay! We went to Blockbuster to get a movie, and I realized something: they restocked! There is so much anime there now, that I love it! They've got Eva: Death and Rebirth, Escaflowne the movie, slayers first movie, Vampire Princess miyu, X the movie, rurouni kenshin, shamanic princess, akira, angel sanctuary, soul hunters, berserk (uhh... don't watch that... i'm warning you), and tons more! we rented the first two volumes of vampire princess miyu (which was all they had), and we're definitely gonna rent X the movie and rurouni kenshin... of course, i have to pay for this... i've only got $60! i want to get volumes 4 and 5 of mars (which are out), volume 6 of CCS (manga) and the 9th volume of ccs (dvd). So, i might need to decide which i really want... ;_; i definitely want all of mars (which is my all-time favorite manga), but volume 6 is the entrance of yue! *rabid fangirl drooling*
Me'n'Dani have realized that VPM rules! Larva... he's HOT! (Ok.. i'm fourteen... i'm supposed to think that!) Dani loves it! we also watched the second to last volume of escaflowne last night (i own the last two volumes... they were so good, i bought them!) we're gonna watch tons of anime this weekend! *sigh* I'm in heaven! i need to make a list of all the animes i've seen... *nodds head* yep, yep i do.
Well... i think everyone can tell i'm happy! Well, school was OK, i've got geometry and english homework... oh well! Well, i gtg do something... like wake up dani... it's quarter to ten! she's sleepin in late!

[Ai's English paper bout movie night...hee hee hee...]
aw shucks, I can't swear in this cuz it's for school...but you'll still get the picture now won't you? brings back good memories huh ann?
Unintelligible
Someone’s screaming “DIE! DIE! DIE!” and I’m on top of [fu-fu]…how does this work? Wait, I’M the one screaming…that makes a little more sense, I usually get ticked at him…okay, let’s rewind some shall we?
It’s movie night at [Meggs] and Ann's (ann as in the person on this site besides me)house. They were stepsisters, a year apart, and both my friends. Meggs had invited [a.o.], AJ, Phil, and me over for movies, and ann had invited fu-fu and [taco-boy]. I knew everyone but taco-boy (couldn't think of anything else to call him...and so I'm obsessed with no-real names...deal!), who had a rat-tail and thought everything was a taco…
We were all in 8th or 9th grade at this time, Meggs and friends in 8th, Ann and the goon squad in 9th. And, amazingly, the only sane one out of us was Phil, who eventually caved into lunacy from peer pressure, excessive sugar, and the massive headache we gave him by the end of the night. He was the first person to leave that didn’t have a curfew.
Now that you have the background info, let my tale begin. You already know that this was a movie night, and let’s start when ann called out if anyone wanted pop and cookies. The pop was Sprite and Orange Soda, the cookies were ‘Lil Debby’s oatmeal cookies, the ones that are wrapped in plastic. fu-fu had decided earlier that night that he had a negative IQ, and couldn’t open the cookie. He finally gave up and tried to eat the cellophane with the cookie in it. After about 30 seconds of trying without success to chew and swallow his wrapped prize, he decided to put it in Ann’s hoodie pocket. She didn’t seem to enjoy the present much.
After about half an hour of this, we all agreed it was time to try to watch a movie. We had our choices narrowed down to three or four movies, and were equally tied on which one to watch. That’s when Meggs had an idea that would have made Einstein look like fu-fu…we’d have the cat pick the movie! This really was brilliant, except for a few key factors, like the cat was older than all of us and didn’t like to walk ANYWHERE, let alone to a plastic box with writing on it for our amusement. And even if the cat DID decide to walk, the cat was more that likely to walk in the opposite direction of those weird plastic boxes each of us was pointing to. Both factors that we hadn’t thought of happened. Finally Megggs’s mom and Ann’s step mother, heard the commotion and told us that we would be watching Unbreakable, because it was a really good movie and we couldn’t make up our own minds. And neither could the cat, nor the dog (the dog was even less successful than the cat in picking for us). I still have no clue what that movie was about.
Somehow during the movie fu-fu decided that he would start giving everyone names. ann was a pickle, and I was an ugly garble. He got about that far and I attacked him calling my battle cry of “DIE! DIE! DIE!” and proceeding to pin him down in his chair, slapping at his face. The parents in the other room to settle down, and to not kill fu-fu, or we’d all be going home (everyone except Scott that is, who’d probably end up in the ER), so calmly went back to my seat next to ann as if nothing happened.
We were still pretty rowdy though, and taco-boy decided he’d show off his unique talent of sucking the gas out of his lighter and blowing out flames when he spit out the fuel over his ignited toy. fu-fu was determined to copy, but kept on swallowing the gas before he could get the lighter to reignite. ann made them go outside to play around so we wouldn’t get in trouble, and I’m proud to say that fu-fu overcame his stupidity and was able to successfully blow fire at least once before the lighter emptied it’s contense into his stomach.
Finally their parents got serious about making us go home. To prove our worth, we decided that we would be quiet for a whole minute. I think our ending record was 23 seconds. We kept on laughing, making faces, and tickling each other till we finally gave up and turned the movie back on (we turned it off so that we could practice our movie watching skills before we actually did the real thing). The rest of the movie was reasonably event free, except for the fact that fu-fu became suddenly obsessed with the ceiling light, and taco-boy ticked fu-fu off enough that they almost got into a full fledged fist fight.
When the movie ended that all I got out of was Bruise Willis can bench a lot of weight and save the world from a psychopathic black guy that had really breakable bones, we all agreed to go outside and play tag. I don’t remember much about tag, I just remember crying out “RUN! RUN!” in the weird, high-pitched voice of mine. Ah yes, fu-fu was chasing after me, I collapsed on the ground in a ball, and he tripped over me. Then taco-boy decided he’d try to jump over me while I was standing up, and he kicked me in the face. I, of course got it more than once, and decided that I would continue circling tree’s yelling “RUN!” even though I was it, so that no one would know. Then I ran into the crowd of people known as my victims at the time, and tagged a.o. it. She didn’t seem to know what was happening till taco-boy told her that she’d better start chasing us if she didn’t want to lose, because she was it.
Whatever happened after that wasn’t very memorable, because I don’t remember it. All I remember is megg's mom calling us inside, taco-boy and fu-fu leaving, Phil putting his legs behind his head, me proving that I have an incredibly flexible back by bending backward and touching my palm to the floor. After that basically we went home, and tried to fall asleep dispite the fact that we were all under the influence of at least two cans of pop each, and had lactic acid buildups in our abdominal muscles from laughing so hard.
okay, ann, I hope I got the spacer thingy's right, if noot, try to ignore them. word of the day is:
g2g meaning: I have to go now.

[Ann's Back (again and again and again, folks!)]
Hey! I just finished watching the last three eps of Gravitation... *sigh* they always make me feel all fuzzy inside! *glomps Hiro-kun* *achem* anyway, in the last ep, Shuichi is wearing a puppy outfit... i'm sorry, but that SO wrecks the mood, ya know? (I'm prolly the only one ever to be here that's seen the series... hehe...) well, there's just one thing that puzzles me... on Kitazawa Yuki's grave (no, not the main character, Yuki Eiri, this guy died six years before the start of the series) this is what it reads:
Here Lies:
Yuki Kitazawa
We hope to heaven...
His soul is gone.
They have his name in English format there, first then last, as the grave is in New York. I dunno if they just used bad grammar, but that grave stone will forever be something that I ponder... I mean... think about it! That saying has like twelve meanings! Oh, there's another thing that's cool about Gravi! (ok, tons of other things, but this one'll stick out to anybody, not just anime-obsessed teenagers) When Yuki goes to New York, the scenes where he's with anyone but Yuki and Touma ARE IN ENGLISH. Seriously! I know that most other series, when their characters go to America, they keep Japanese, but Gravi doesn't! Of course, the puppy outfit makes up for that... it ruined the mood but was SOOOOO Shuichi. I love how Yuki-sempai talks in New York, too! This is what he said to the cab driver: "No... sanks, but no sanks." His Seiyuu mispronounced thanks, and it came out sanks... It's so cool! Oh, and I can call him Yuki-sempai because I am a writer as well! So, :P! *laughs*
Nothing interesting happened today... i didn't go trick-or-treating... i had a math test and I drew Romeo and Juliet for my Romeo and Juliet project... My imouto says they look good... eh, i think they're too... happy... *shudders* It's the balcony scene... right as Romeo is leaving. Ewie... to happy. Love the play though, it rules! They both die! And a lesson is learned from it! We also just finished doing West Side Story and I was Action for one scene (when they're mocking Krupke) and that was awesome! I had the majority of lines and Action is so roudy! It was awesome! He reminds me of me... except I'm not in a gang... ^^;; well... me and my friends are kinda like a gang, but I'm too peeved at a couple of them to care... dun ask... not a good idea. oi, my friend april sent me four 100MB things in my email (or KB... i'm way too asleep to remember the difference) and it overloaded... so, if you sent me something and i haven't replied yet, try sending it over again... or if it said i couldn't by sent to... yeah... just try it again. thanks!
